The first purpose in our daily activity we try to achieve is to listen and understand deeply Client's needs; we even want to focus steady on his opinion , developing and improving the dialogue and relationship 's capacity.

Because of this will there is a direct and unique broadcast even for recommendations of eventual situations, when they are possible, whose level of satisfaction is not considered appropriate by the clients so they can file a claim; recommendations represent suggestions for a further improvement of the quality service for our Company.

Each recommendation is examined by a specific structure of Cordusio, it is deeply analyzed and, on the basis of  the matter, sent to the right recipient in order to offer a fast and exhaustive answer.

The well-timed answer is even due to the complexity of the situation built, but however each recommendation will be fulfilled by 90 days from the date of receipt.

In case of reports of anomalies related to banking relationships that have been turned on, on instructions from the Client for execution of the mandate, the Customer can ask us, if there are the conditions, to involve, on his behalf, the Arbitro Bancario Finanziario (ABF) or, where possible, enable a conciliation procedure designed to attempt to reach an agreement at the "Organismo di Conciliazione Bancaria" established by the "Conciliatore Bancario Finanziario".

Where tools do not produce reconciling the expected outcome, is then still possible for the client to appeal to ordinary courts.

The experience we have gained in over thirty years of experience has taught us that only through increased monitoring of the level of customer satisfaction we can offer a quality service; the attention, that we even want in effective management of situations dissatisfaction that can still happen in a lasting relationship, goes precisely in this direction.
